This was spotted in the sleeping pill section at the drug store. Lets just state the facts here:

• These are sleeping pills. 
• People take these pills so they can sleep. 
• These pills however are non drowsy. 
• That is just plain confusing. 

Bon fires burning bright, pumpkin faces in the night…. I could go on but I shall tell you about these awesome seeds. For just $1.59 you can grown your own jack o lantern. Just think of the mess you and the kids make while carving that pumpkin. These seeds take that mess away! I wonder if they come with different varieties of faces?

Everybody enjoys a refreshing drink. There’s nothing quite like sparkling orange juice. Izze has a great variety of different sparkling juices. They have blackberry, lime, grapefruit, pomegranate, peach, apple, and blueberry. It said it’s 70% juice with a splash of sparkling water and doesn’t have any refined sugar in it which you can say it does make “healthy”.

Unfortunately, we found this delicious sparkling clementine drink at the drugstore for 50% off its normal price. What we like about it is that the can size. We grabbed a four pack of the 8.4oz cans. It fits in the hand well and the wide opening makes for good chugging. You could compare it to Orangina, it has similar tastes with less pulp. Izze seems to have the upper hand over Orangina by being more wildly available around town.

Head out to town, pick up a four pack or single glass bottle.

We’ve noticed lately there has been a movement towards real sugar cane soft drink(or soda or even tonic) Here in the northeast we mainly seen Coca Cola. Then a while back Pepsi came out with the “Throwback” brands of Mountain Dew and Pepsi. Many people argue that the soda with real sugar is better, others say it makes no difference. Well we are not here to discuss that. You can all have it out in the comments if you like. We will say that there is a difference in taste. Lets just say, we love it.

We found the glass bottle Pepsi in a local independent convenience store for $1.25. However to our knowledge we noticed that the ingredients match the ingredients to the Pepsi Throwback brand. We were not surprised. Either way its a cool looking bottle and presentation is everything right? It be really nice if Coca Cola got on the “throwback” ban wagon, all those .99 mexican cokes add up.

So head out to the town if you’re a Pepsi fan and pick up and Mexican Pepsi.

A couple of weeks back the talented crew at 53 released a great drawing app for the iPad. The app is called “Paper by FiftyThree. You can get it for free on the iTunes store. It includes just one tool, the inking pen but for $7.99 you’ll get a few more tools and its worth it. The current version has a rating of FIVE stars. That is most impressive.

After using it for a couple of days, we highly recommend it. Take the plunge for $7.99 and get the full set of tools. You’ll love this app and once you start using it you’ll want those extra pens and brushes. On of the coolest parts we like is when you go to their store to buy the extras(within the app) you’ll get to actually try each new brush before you buy. Who does that? These guys do. After you create a drawing you have the option to share via facebook, twitter, tumblr and email.

Henry The Turtle

A Staten Island teen is walking home. Her friend hands her a a phone to send a text. Just as she opened the device, she disappeared. Where did she go? Looking down her friend notices an open manhole.

Thats where the 15 year old went straight down an open manhole. The city had opened to manhole to flush out some sewer lines. The Department of Environmental Protection has said an investigation is underway. They also said “We regret that this happened and wish the young women a speedy recovery”

There was no word on how deep she fell or whether or not if there was poo at the bottom. We do know that the teen suffered from scrapes on her back, arms and shoulders.

It seems these days they’ll put popular things on just about anything. Notice how full this machine is. Perhaps it just us with our sick minds but come on…we all know what these look like. Well they are smiling so that makes it innocent, right?

You may not realize it, but there has been advances in restroom tech. Take a look at this sexy shaped urinal. Now think back about about 10 years ago. No one would have though that this was even needed. The shape is very pleasing and sleek. Usually when ever we see a future drawing of living spaces we see rounded edges. Who would have thought we would see these changes in public restrooms. then again, the public restrooms do have a lot more traffic than the consumers in house restroom.

Yeah that’s  a 10 once ketchup packet. Saw it at the drug store for only $1.00 With a design like this we figure you’ll never run into the annoying watery ketchup ruining your buns. Just like a toothpaste tube you’ll be able to get that last drop once it’s towards the very end.

For $1.00 this is definitely worth it buying it to see exactly how tough the package is. Who hasn’t grabbed the small packets for the fast food place to playfully throw at friends? Using this 10 once package to get even with people will let them know that you are no longer fooling around.

These days people are a bit hard up for some cash, so they decide to sell what ever they can. For some reason the folks at ebay let people sell anything. This seller has posted for a picture of the 1st generation iPod. First of all this isn’t a picture of a first gen iPod. If you recall it had buttons along the wheel. In the sellers defence the fact that you are bidding on just a picture of the iPod. Honestly though, it could at least be a better picture. It just goes to show you that it is always important to read though the descriptions of anything that you may be plan on buying.
